BRAISED PORK CHOPS  

 

4 loin or rib chops (1/2-3/4" thick)

1 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1/2 c. pineapple or apple juice

Dash or 2 of Worcestershire sauce

 

In skillet brown chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

 Add juice and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat.

 Cover and simmer 30-45 minutes (add water if necessary).
