2 boxes instant vanilla pudding, fat free, sugar free
3 cups skim milk
8 oz. lite or fat free cool whip
1 box low fat graham crackers
1 box dark chocolate instant pudding, fat free, sugar free
1½ cups skim milk 

Mix vanilla pudding mix and 3 cups milk.  Fold in cool whip.  In a 9 X 13 pan, layer whole graham crackers and pudding mixture.  Repeat 3 times ending with a layer of graham crackers.
For topping, mix chocolate pudding with milk; pour over.  Keep refrigerated.   This is better is allowed to set for a while to soften the wafers.
This is also good substituting cheese cake pudding mix for the vanilla.
